The management have over thirty seven years experience both in the public and private sectors of the housing industry as managers, developers, architects and builders. We also have extensive experience in working with German suppliers and importing from Europe.
Our manufacturing partner Büdenbender Hausbau GmbH are one of the most forward thinking manufacturers of high quality timber frame houses in Germany. This is highlighted by the fact that they were the first company in Germany to use the revolutionary breathing wall system. In the company's 61 year history they have always pushed the boundaries of building technology, and their current range of building materials allow them to manufacture houses using some of the best thermal and sound insulation available in Europe today.
