- Final internal and external finishes done to your own choice/price point or planning requirements
- Significant cost savings in time of completion and reduced costs of professional fees.
- High manufacturing standards using quality materials and construction techniques mean better quality houses
- All standard external materials are self finished and our overall construction and standard internal materials are extremely robust, compared to standard timber frame units and this will reduce future maintenance costs
