Nick Legg - Managing Director
Educated at Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School, Alford and Oastler College, Huddersfield, Nick taught for three years in England and Zimbabwe before beginning a career in Educational Publishing which took him on consultancy assignments to twenty five different countries in Africa and South East Asia in twenty two years. Since 1997 Nick has built up one of the most profitable and respected businesses importing high end recreational vehicles from Europe. Nick is a co-founder of AROYH Building Solutions Ltd and brings into the business a lifetime experience of international trade and import-export procedures.
Bill Brown MA RIBA - Technical Director
Bill qualified as an architect in 1977. For his MA he researched issues in housing and urban regeneration. He was deputy director of Housing for Hackney council and Acting Head of Building Works in the 1980s. During this time he was a member of the Earth Resource Research Ltd (an early eco group). He was then Director of Housing and Works for Oxford City Council from 1985 - 88 and later Director of Construction for Lambeth Council from 1988 - 1990. As a architect he has designed and developed an array of different types of housing; he has been a partner in the Devon based CM Architects then Sustainable Design Collective (since 2004). He is trained in SAP and is also a certified CSH assessor. Bill is a co-founder of AROYH Building Solutions Ltd and brings into the company a wealth of experience working in the British housing industry.
Di Parkin PhD – Company Secretary
Di has been the Managing Director of CMPS Limited since 1991. CMPS is a management consultancy company specialising in support to building organisations and in equal opportunity. Before that she was a Chief Officer in Local Government. She is a published author and marketing specialist.
Tom Legg – Marketing Director
Educated at Trinity School Teignmouth and Exeter College, Tom has had international marketing experience in the UK, Europe, USA and India. One of the co-founders of AROYH Building Solutions Ltd, Tom is responsible for direct marketing, internet marketing, administrative continuitey and liaison with our manufacturing partners in Europe.
Brian Massey - Project and Regional Sales Manager
Brian has been involved with housing for over 40 years. Trained in Environmental Sciences he has been involved in promoting healthy living environments. He has worked in Local Authorities and Housing Associations and was a Housing and Environmental consultant before joining AROYH Building Solutions Ltd. His work has involved project management on Group repair schemes, refurbishment of older stock and design and construction of new build projects. He has been advising Local Authorities and Housing Associations on sustainable refurbishment of their older stock and sustainability and energy efficiency of new build projects for many years. He is part of our team currently researching new technologies to allow new build properties to meet code 6 of sustainable homes.
